Your trip stays on your device
City searches, map selections, dates, weather preferences, saved places, and comparison lists are processed locally. Climate data and city search are bundled in the app. Seasonward does not transmit these choices to a Seasonward account, database, or analytics service. Preferences and saved places remain until you change/remove them or remove the app's data. Your device's backup settings may also affect locally stored app data.
No location permission or in-app tracking
The app does not request GPS access, use advertising identifiers, run analytics SDKs, or record your screen. Your device language/region can suggest initial display units; you can change them.
Optional external links
If you tap an activity link, Seasonward opens Viator in your browser and passes the named destination and a shared affiliate campaign code. It does not add your coordinates, trip dates, weather preferences, saved list, or a user identifier. Viator may use cookies and process technical information under its own privacy policy: https://www.viator.com/support/privacyPolicy. We may receive affiliate booking reports and commissions under that program. Other external websites apply their own privacy policies. Visiting seasonward.com is covered by the website notice, including its hosting providers.
Support
Emailing eldoradoproducts@gmail.com shares your email address, message, and any attachments with us and our email provider so we can respond. We use these messages for support, not marketing. Avoid sending sensitive information. You may contact this address to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Apple services
Apple separately manages App Store downloads, TestFlight, and diagnostic sharing according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
